Why do you want to join the staff team? (200 Words Minimum)
I want to be an active part of the community because I genuinely enjoy helping people and socializing with others. I'm very dedicated to ZP both in-character (IC) and out-of-character (OOC), and I always strive to contribute positively to the atmosphere. I dislike seeing people who are intentionally rude or aggressive toward others, aiming to ruin the mood and provoke anger without facing immediate consequences. This kind of behavior undermines the community, and I want to play a role in preventing that.
While I may be younger than some other staff members, I believe I possess a strong sense of right and wrong and remain non-biased. Though there may be things I need to learn, I’m eager to be taught and improve, which I feel would make me a good fit for this role. One of my strengths is my availability—I'm always willing to assist and answer tickets quickly and professionally. I take pride in maintaining a calm and level-headed demeanor, even when others may not. I don’t let negative comments or actions affect me, as I understand that reacting emotionally can only escalate a situation. My goal is to help create a supportive and respectful environment where everyone can enjoy their time in the ZP community.
Why should we accept you into the staff team?
Im on quite often, and when presented with a problem i usually get both sides of the argument without bias

Player “X” reports player “Y” for RDM, the logs show that player “Y” did kill player “X”, both players are GenSec trainees. Player “X” states that there was no reason for him to be killed, player “Y” states that they were in an argument, player “X” made a nasty remark and player “Y” killed him for it. Neither party has a recording of the interaction, and no witnesses have come forward with any more information, what would you do? Call a Admin or higher Staff to help and have another opinion on the interaction |

Player “A” reports player “B” for saying a racial slur, player “A” is uploading evidence, but it is taking a few moments. During this time, player “B” admits he used the slang term towards another player on the server. After receiving the video, you notice that player “B” in fact did say in it a greeting manor and not a confrontational manner. How would you handle this sit? I would make sure that player B is of that color first, but if he is/isn't i would still talk to them assuring them that they cant say it no matter what ethnicity they are |
