Why do you want to join the staff team? (200 Words Minimum)
I want to come back into being a staff member i was one about a year ago then i left to get my life back on track and further my education as well as focus on family i was in a rough patch in my life and i have now fixed everything i needed to IRL i strive to make everyone's day better and their experience better the satisfaction knowing i was able to do that for someone is definitely what drives me to go on and help more i do believe that it is something i am good at so i want to continue doing that confrontation is something i am comfortable with so i don't mind butting in and saying when someone is doing something wrong and that it needs to be worked on to make everyone else feel comfortable the point of a community is to bring us all together and in order to do that everyone must follow the rules . i know with the skills and maturity i have things will get handled quickly and efficiently i can get the point across i also dont mind taking time out of play time to fix any issues any player is having Yes Roleplay is important but as a Staff member the most important thing is taking care of everyone else i look forward to rejoining the staff team and i hope that you approve me to come back i wont let yall down and i promise to strive for excellence


Why should we accept you into the staff team?
i was once a mod before i think my skills were good than im sure they are good now i know with my help ticket times will go down my focus is helping others and Roleplay

i was a Rust admin for about 4 months and then i was a mod here for 5 or 6 months

Rule-based Questions Section
Define RDM:
RDM other wise known as Random Death Match or Killing with no reason



Define Metagame:

Metagaming is taking advantage of things that you normally cant use such as Chats lets say CI scout go in and starts doing a hack and you read the chat where the player is performing the Roleplay action you dont know its happening in game but you go and investigate anyways and kill the scout even though he didn't ping anyone .
or someone talks in OOC and says they are doing something and you use that information ICLY and go kill another player

Define NLR:

NLR is New Life Rule after death you must wait the timer before you can go back out and start playing you dont remember anything that happened before the death


Define FailRP:
to give an example of failRP is if 049 the doctor is going for a walk and has 3 guns on him he cant attack and he decided screw this and starts infecting everyone and everyone anyways .



Situation-based Questions Section

Player “X” reports player “Y” for RDM, the logs show that player “Y” did kill player “X”, both players are GenSec trainees. Player “X” states that there was no reason for him to be killed, player “Y” states that they were in an argument, player “X” made a nasty remark and player “Y” killed him for it. Neither party has a recording of the interaction, and no witnesses have come forward with any more information, what would you do?

i would give both players a verbal warning to just stay away from each as best as possible RDM is not going to be tolerated and next time try to get a clip maybe download Medal its a great software and is free to use i would further my conversation with player y the logs do show that he killed player x as well as he admitted it and give him a written warning for RDM letting him know rather than getting mad about what someone says its best to report it especially if it was something really bad .


Player “A” reports player “B” for saying a racial slur, player “A” is uploading evidence, but it is taking a few moments. During this time, player “B” admits he used the slang term towards another player on the server. After receiving the video, you notice that player “B” in fact did say in it a greeting manor and not a confrontational manner. How would you handle this sit?
i would explain to player B hey i understand you said it more in a greeting way but regardless its still a racial slur and we prefer that you dont say it im only going to give you a verbal warning since your being so cooperative but if reported again me or another staff member will have to be a little harsher on the reprimand i thank you for understanding and try not to use any racial slurs thank you enjoy the server
