On a fateful day, on October 14th, a civil war in Germany lead by the members of the ZDP was ignited, though this event and it’s apparent members are not found in any history books or logs, Bobby seems to recount the few battles vividly, often telling war stories about them. Upon fleeing the country to Canada, Bobby was recruited into the Foundation, later defecting to the Insurgency, being relocated to Twin Pines where he now resides.
