Why do you want to join the staff team? (150 Words Minimum)
To be honest, i've been this community for a while and I absolutely love it here. I want to do everything in my power to assist where I can even if it is just with little stuff. As for minecraft I have seen some amazing shit from the Minecraft side of Zenith Project and in all honesty I really would love to be apart of the amazing team that helps keep everything working and that keeps the fun going in the game! I have been in many minecraft servers and in all honesty this one is definitely within my top 5 and while I have never staffed for minecraft I feel that I could help make things even more fun for the players! So in conclusion I feel that I would absolutely love to help the amazing team that helps keep things fun and running for the players and to also help give my input that could potentially help boost the fun for all!
Why should we accept you into the staff team?
I feel that I should be accepted into the staff team because I have had that experience in staffing before and because I feel that I could help boost the experience of the players in game.

| Player A is discussing a recent political event in global chat. No one seems to enjoy the topic of conversation, however no one has reported Player A or told them to stop. What should you do in this situation? I would reach out to them and ask them to talk about it privately since Politics is usually a sensitive topic that can cause big arguments in the player base which generally is an un needed thing to happen |

| A new player has joined the server for the first time and has begun speaking in a language other than English. How should you react? I would ask if they spoke english and if they didnt I would find an admin/ an LA+ to discuss any course of action to take on this |

Personally, I would wipe their inventory first and give them a warn, if it persists I'd go for a ban for a finite span of time, anything after that would have to be a perma in my opinion |
