━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Conduct a stress test on Rebar piping utilized in the Site-73 foundations when exposed to water for extended periods of time. This is to better understand how much exposure to wet environments the rebar can withstand without maintenance, in the case of a plumbing grid compromise, or an underground reserve of water seeps into the foundations.
[Hypothesis]
The rebar will withstand at least a week within the water, before showing signs of rust or degradation.
[Equipment]
- One(1) large plastic tub
- One(1) Rebar pipe designed by the Site-73 construction material manufacturers
- One(1) Gallon of water from a water cooler on-site
- A notepad & pen
[Personnel]
Security: GENSEC Zaur Sean | GENSEC Jay
Material Gathering: Dr. Sky Williams | A large population of Med-bay
Test Aide: N/A
Observers: N/A
[Log #1 Observations]
{AUDIO RECORDING START}
"*Ahem* This is Dr. Charles Blue, currently recording the first log of several following this experiment at approximately 11:35pm, 2/18/23. After initially filling the tub with the gallon of water and submerging the rebar piping, everything was left undisturbed for several hours. Returning to conduct the first examination, my observations yielded no change in the physical properties of the rebar, such as rust, flaking, and whatnot. Further observation will take place throughout the following week. *Sigh* Charles signing off."

[Additional]
ASD 'Stranger' did in fact, give me permission to take the water cooler from med-bay under the condition that I return it. I am currently preparing my "physically fit" arms to lug the thing back as I write this.
