The Heavy SGT Emilio Santos came into the OR having been skinned by the wendigo, aka "peeled like an orange". Was freezing to death, kept warm in OR1 while we worked on applying skin grafts to face, chest, thighs.
Hands de-gloved, was treated, broken femur (right leg) set with a splint.
On painkillers, blood, fluids, on recovery for the time being (24 hours)
Needs to be kept warm and on antibiotics. I recommend a diet of Red meat and other proteins to keep iron up.
