In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):

SCP - 049 is a plague doctor from the old ages during the dark ages or time of great sickness and disease resembling a medieval plague doctor who carries out the goal to cure the pestilence and to find the cure and to cure others and in that case ends up zombifying others

How is the SCP maintained?:

Once 049 gets a patient, they must see if they have the “pestilence”. If they do not have the “pestilence”, 049’s timer will not reset. SCP-049 can request a walk but does not have to be accepted, this can be used as another form of maintenance, but if denied, SCP-049 must request for a patient instead. 3 SCP-049 passively has a +15 to any roll during medical procedures he is performing alone. SCP-049 may be taken on a walk as long as his gloves are on. He must be accompanied by a Researcher/Medical and another combative. SCP-049 will be able to give medical/research advice and can assist verbally to add +15 to any roll. If attacked, he will take off his gloves and breach.

How does this SCP breach? What are their procedures?:

SCP-049 MUST hunt down the first person in order to cure, they are immune to FearRP until they get their first SCP-049-2 instance. SCP-049 may not breach the surface during their immunity. After getting their first -2 instance if SCP-049 is not clearly attempting to convert someone into a -2 instance then they can immediately be put under FearRP or even terminated. SCP-049 may still be put under FearRP while in the presence of CI or other hostile GOIs, even during a firefight. SCP-049 may only have a maximum of 5 SCP-049-2, SCP-049 must wait till a SCP-049-2 has been killed before they may attempt to cure another individual. SCP-049 must then touch you to kill you by corroding through your armor and turn them. SCP-049-2 can only follow all orders given by SCP-049 If SCP-049 is in the eyesight of an SCP-049-2, then SCP-049 cannot be FearRP’d unless SCP-049 is being maintained. SCP-049 may turn off lights, but MUST ADVERT when doing so.

How does this SCP be recontained?

SCP-049 MUST attempt to get a zombie within a minute. If 049 intentionally disregards creating zombies they can be terminated immediately. When containing SCP-049, you must eliminate all SCP-049-2 instances in the eyesight of SCP-049 for it to follow FearRP. Otherwise, SCP-049 will not follow FearRP. Once all SCP-049-2 have been terminated, you must have three personnel point their weapons at SCP-049 to put it under FearRP. Afterward, you must have SCP-049 put on kevlar gloves and lead it back to its CC. If at any point three weapons are not on SCP-049, it can take off his gloves.
