In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):

SCP-049 Is a plague doctor seeming to come from the dark ages, with an express goal to cure the "Pestilence" What this "Pestilence" is, is unknown but the cure seems to involve "Sedating" the patient by touching them with skin to skin contact, This kills them on contact however. Once the person is "Sedated" SCP-049 begins the process of "Curing" Them. It mainly seems to involve cutting open the chest and ||REDACTED|| After SCP-049 has administered his "Cure" The person rises from the dead and becomes a mindless zombie that only listens to SCP-049 commands. These Zombies are typically violent and will attack humans on sight.

How is the SCP maintained?:

SCP-049 will request Subjects in order to administer his Cure, Or he may request a walk. However this walk can be denied but he must request a subject afterwards.

How does this SCP breach? What are their procedures?:

SCP-049 will Breach if not given a subject within the proper time frame. Infecting the first person he see's ignoring anybody for the first 5 minutes, or until he infects the individual

How does this SCP be recontained?

SCP-049-2 is to be terminated on sight, after all have been handled you are to throw Kevlar gloves to 049 and have him put them on, whilst making sure 3 people have Guns on him. You are to walk him back to his CC UNCUFFED, however if at any point one of those three guns leave 049 he may continue his curing spree.

While yes this SCP Can be killed, it is heavily advised against.
