Psychological Description: A mostly laid back individual but is prone to violent outburst at relatively minor inconveniences. Known functional alcoholic and pain-killer abuser. Severe amnesia for any time prior to his posting on Site-66, due to lack of first hand information a medical and psychological history is difficult to confirm. Has an open contempt for what he describes as “hard-asses” (often speaking of strict superiors). Does not follow orders well. Overly curious with a habit of getting into trouble. Potential Security Risk - Needs Monitoring
Disabilities: Self-Amputated left hand (due to exposure to anomalous pathogen) which has been replaced with a cybernetic equivalent. Suffers from multiple addictions such as tobacco, alcohol, and prescription painkillers, attempts at help have been unsuccessful.
Skills/Attributes: Excellent medical knowledge in both first aid and surgical matters. Has shown knowledge of metal working and welding. Standard weapons competence for someone in his position.
History: Mostly unknown, came into service with the Foundation at Site-73. Was sent to Site-10 for over a year starting in late June of 2023 implanting D-Class subjects with tracking chips, in that time he was sent for remedial training equivalent to that of a civilian paramedic. Recently sent back to Site-66 due to a need for more experienced medical staff.

Additional Comments: It is unknown if he possesses a valid medical license past his emergency medical training but due to a displayed competency he has been allowed to continue serving. A deeper dive into his history is needed for security reasons. During a recent morale building outing it was discovered that he apparently possesses the ability to both physically touch and harm certain "ghost" as discovered when he became heavily intoxicated and proceeded to fist fight not one but three ghost. he won all three altercations.
