Physical Description: 5'8, Somewhat muscular, slightly higher than average for a foundation security officer. His right eye has been replaced with a patchwork one. Also somewhat agile.
Psychological Description: Learns fast and is eager to learn, has a tendency to feel overwhelmed when facing seemingly impossible or extremely hard problems.
Disabilities: Scar on his left wrist and left shoulder., another scar on his forehead. His wrist was bit by a creature and was badly damaged, the sensation in the part is a little reduced, however the hand itself is fine. The shoulder got burned by scp-106's acid, it left a nasty scar, and has lost all sensation on that area. His right eye was replaced with a patchwork one, it got hit by bullet shrapnel and became unrecoverable. A scar on his right arm may be seen, it reads: "Scarecrow". A scout took him hostage and carved it in his arm. Large scars on his knees, caused by being captured by the CI. Left Patchwork Kidney due to kidney failure caused by multiple stab wounds to said kidney. Another scar on his left arm caused by a D-class biting him. 4 scars on his chest, caused by mildly deep cuts. 3 shrapnel scars on his chest, 1 near his heart, 1 near his right lung, and 1 on his left side. 2 Shrapnel scars on his left side. 3 Shrapnel scars on his left arm. 2 Shrapnel scars on his right arm along with a patchwork trigger finger.
Skills/Attributes: Pretty good at shooting and dodging, mostly from his experience in the foundation. However he learned a few tricks in his time at the orphanage.
History: Ryan was sent to an orphanage after the death of his family, his house was crushed by a plane crash, he somehow was the only survivor, as his room was in the basement. He was found by rescue teams, seemingly unharmed. After a few weeks of trying to find any relatives, he was sent to an orphanage in his local town, where he met a man named Clark Robinson. He was essentially his father figure, he trained him in the arts of shooting, quickly becoming very good with firearms. This man then taught him basic medical aid and other important skills, like sign language, morse code etc. A few days after he turned 18, he offered him a job into the foundation, having no other real choices in his life for a job and future, he accepted the offer, and was then transfered to site-73.
Miscellaneous Information: "Oracle" is trained in basic repairs, and is able to scramble comms. He also posseses a pair of hume goggles he has acquired from "Praetorian", which he holds in his medbag he always carries with him.
Relatives:
His relatives died in an accident in his hometown when he was a baby, he never got to know them.
