SCP-Related Questions
Which SCP are you applying for?:
SCP-682
In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):
SCP-682 is a certified classic of SCP and is constantly evolving and adapting, presumably reptilian, lifeform that exists to hate and to kill. Literally called the Hard to Destroy Reptile, SCP-682's main characteristic is its impossibility to be killed and the Sisyphean task that is trying to keep it locked in its box. Alongside that, SCP-682 has been around for god knows how long and has a deep and personal hatred for all humanity, wishing to cause the deaths of as many humans as possible. It has a bunch of different articles about it, such as it being the Serpent from the Garden of Eden, or it being around for the death of humanity, and overall has a lot of untouched potential to do more than be the mass murder SCP. |
What object class is this SCP?:
Keter
How is the SCP maintained?:
According to the rulebook, it is "Handled automatically" |
How does this SCP breach? What are their procedures?:
Once breached, 682 becomes enraged and will only unenrage after 15 minutes of being breached. It will attempt to kill any human it sees and attack any SCP that attacks it first. If 682 is hit with a WEAPON (not fists or doors or other BS), after unenraging, he will enrage again and continue his rampage until dociled. He's also too fat to climb ladders. |
How does this SCP be recontained? (<--- minor grammar mistake)
After 15 minutes, 682 will calm down on his own, but he can also take enough damage to become docile once reaching a certain size, or be tickled by 999. Once he is docile, he must be taken back to his cell and lowered back into the acid pit. |
Can this SCP be terminated? If yes, how so?
No. |
In order of true or false, state the following that applies to this SCP. Does it fear for its life? Can it open doors? Can it breach other SCPs? Can it enter D-Block?:
(Example, true, true, false, false)
False True False False |

What is a roll? Give an example:
Rolls are used to determine actions that are deemed to require a certain level of skill. Example: /me bites the NTF's arm off. /roll |
A /me is an RP action that others must acknowledge and abide by unless it is deemed invalid due to rules. Example: /me bites the NTF's arm off. |
FailRP is not following the stated roleplay that is required of a character in their position. Example: SCP-682 gives the NTF Captain a big ol' smile and peacefully leaves to never bother anyone ever again. |
FearRP is following along with actions due to a threat against your life. Example: (Not really a good example for 682 since he just, y'know, kills everyone) Two CI keep their guns on a Site Tech and order him to open a door or he will be shot, and he does so to not be killed. |
Yes.
Do you promise to act in good faith wherever applicable?: [Y/N]
