━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Interviewee: D-Class Subject "D-5287 Paul Jogger"
Interviewer: Dr. Jacob Flynn
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Subject "Paul Jogger" prior to the interview was discovered causing a fire in the kitchen of D-Block. Interesting to say the least, but it says a little bit about their access to specific items to cause such incident. He was shortly thereafter detained and soon brought to the researcher's main room. The interview on the other hand, went as such;
Question One:
"Are you an experienced D-Class of D-Block?"
Response:
"I know the D-Block like the back of my hand"
Question Two:
"What has your time here in the Facility been like overall?"
Response:
"On A Scale from one to ten, about a 4."
He then states afterwards that it is due to most of the gensec guards being 'Bloodthirsty'
Question Three:
"Is there anything in particular you feel in D-Block that would be considered 'Unhealthy'?
Response:
"No."
Question Four:
"What are your opinions on the security force who are generally assigned to D-Block?"
Response:
"They're Bloodthirsty, Trigger-happy, and very egotistical"
He then states afterwards that the newer security forces have bigger egos, whereas the more veterans have less of an ego.
Question Five:
"Do you ever have violent tendencies or thoughts? Or the want to flee from D-Block in any way shape or form?"
Response:
States that he does not ever consider escaping, however does remark about the kitchen fire he started.
Question Six:
"Have you ever considered doing the 'unthinkable' to yourself to avoid being remotely apart of this facility?"
Response:
"Never."
Question Seven:
"What do you personally believe should be improved upon in this facility?
Response:
"The training process, instead of it just being you answer a few questions and they give you a gun to watch D-Block, should actually have time invested in it to ensure that the newer guards know what they're doing."
Question Eight:
"What are your opinions on your fellow D-Class?"
Response:
"They're great"
Question Nine:
"Overall, would you say you feel safe in D-Block?"
Response:
"No."
This Interview was Conducted with 1 NTF SGM 'Jester' Present to ensure the D-Class didn't do anything out of line. The D-Class since then has been escorted back to D-Block and is most surely continuing to live his life as he had previously.
What can we gain from this interview?:
In my opinion, the D-Class shows several points that are fair in their own right.
D-Class having access to weaponry or items that could cause havoc within D-Block appear to be problematic. If possible I'd suggest having the items removed or toned down in replacement of ones that could not cause such incidents. Regarding the security force he also makes another point, where the security team newbies are merely given a 'test' and then shown around the facility and then let loose to enforce. I'd suggest setting up a more 'direct' interviewing process, after which the trainee's would be properly shown what to do in each given scenario. Overall however, I do believe there should be more communication with some of the D-Class, perhaps more interviews or just general chats. This would help ensure that they don't attempt to start riots or cause general chaos within the D-Block or outside of the D-Block. I hope this interview shed light on a few issues in D-Block, and look forward to another interview should the opportunity arise.
