EC Based Questions
Why do you want to join the EC team? (200 word minimum)
If I am being completely honest, other than personal enjoyment I don't have a reason. Personally, I don't find myself to be very creative, so I have tried to stay away from event related things in the server such as acting and what not. Then it occurred to me, I'm not going to get any more creative if I just sit here doing nothing. I hope that if I am accepted, I can grow my social abilities and creativity not only within the server but also outside of it in the real world. Being able to think of things on the spot whether it be speech or actions is a key part of socializing and it's not that I can't do that completely, but I would like to accel at it. Another reason I would like to join the EC team is to help out with more tickets, from what I have seen a lot of the tickets are EC related and as a moderator I can't really help with those too much. I would also like to act with my own script, I stated before that I wanted to stay away from acting on the sever and the only reason for that is because I was scared that I wouldn't match up to what the person was envisioning. If I am the person who wrote the script for myself then there is no one to blame but me for a bad job.
Why should we accept you in the EC team?
I don't really have an answer for this, although I can tell you why I would accept an application like mine. If I was the person reading over this application, then I would accept it for the reason why they want to join. I would find it intriguing that a person would like to join the EC team to improve IRL social skills, it seems like an interesting way to go about things and I am all for it.
On a scale of 1-10, how well do you know the Gmod tools?
If I am being completely honest its no higher than a 2/10
What is the purpose of the EC Team?
The EC team is responsible for all events and EC tickets. Events are self-explanatory but as for the tickets I will give an example
Example: A ticket is created asking for the paid karambit after a loadout change, or if someone wants props for RP purposes.
If accepted into the EC team, do you have any event ideas that you would like to host?
Honestly no, I would start by trying to help others in their events before I attempted mine. For 1 I need to learn how to use the tools before I even think of attempting my own event, and for 2 I want to learn from other EC's but more importantly from the reaction of the players.
