Actions performed/Required follow-on actions? Research Intern Sebastian Taylor was taken hostage by D-Class personnel during a Code Blue. Was negotiated back by GS PV2 Barney Autums for $2,000. Brought to Medical Bay by MD MT Dr. Cassidy Woods. Given Physical Evaluation by MDs MT Dr. Cassidy Woods and CN Jerma Jones. Minor physical damage. No blood abnormalities. No signs of concussion. Mild mental trauma post-incident.
Research Intern Sebastian Taylor had their glasses stolen by Class-D Personnel. A temporary replacement pair was taken from Medical Storage (Logged on the clipboard.) A requisition order was placed, signed by Research Intern Sebastian Taylor and MD MT Dr. Cassidy Woods, for a prescription pair of glasses. Pending as of time of writing.
