Which SCP are you applying for?: SCP-049 "The Plague Doctor"

In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):

SCP-049 is a humanoid Euclid-Class SCP that resembles an old 19th Century Plague Doctor from during the Black Plague, with it's mask being a plague doctors mask made out of bone, and it's clothing being part of its actual physical body. It is in constant search of a cure to the "Pestilence," which is an unknown virus that seems to infect people who are arbitrarily decided by SCP-049, or otherwise picked out through unknown methodology. Those who are infected are often subjected to torturous surgery, turning them into various types of reanimated zombie-like creatures that do SCP-049's bidding. It has been shown that the smell of Lavender can induce a calm state in SCP-049, and will often be used during breaches to ensure he does not resist and can be recontained with minimal incident.

How is the SCP maintained?:

SCP-049 can be maintained through either providing a patient for him to be experimented on, or by providing a walk. When given a patient, 049 must check to see if the D-Class has the pestilence, if they do not his timer doesn't reset. If given a walk, he must be accompanied by a researcher and/or medical as well as a combative.

How does this SCP breach? What are their procedures?:

SCP-049 breaches if not given their patient/walk or if their timer runs out. During their breach, they must hunt down the first person they see to cure them. During this time, they are immune to FearRP until their first 049-2 instance is created. SCP-049 must kill you before they can turn you into a -2 SCP-049 cannot be FearRP'd when in the eyesight of an SCP-049-2 instance unless they are being maintained. SCP-049 may turn off the lights when breached, but they must advert.

How does this SCP be recontained?

SCP-049 can be recontained through either termination or FearRP with 3 guns. He must not be in the eyesight of any -2 instances, or else he is immune to FearRP
