PERSONNEL FILE NUMBER 3030

SUBJECT NAME: CLEETUS "ASMODEOUS" TORETTO

Name of personnel: Cleetus Toretto

Age: 53(now 33 due to a wish during a Gala)

Height: 6'4

Race: Caucasian

Biography: Cleetus was born out on the streets of Bay City, Texas and seems with no recollection of his parents. In his own terms he "grew up rough and mean" with a prior record of Sedition, however we, the Foundation, can't seem to find one on him despite our best efforts. Our evidence points to him making it up, but the smile I see when I bring it up during during the interview with him for GENSEC doesn't change my mind one bit.

At the time of this file creation, Cleetus Toretto is 53 years old and I hope he does well in his time with us.

"ah Sergio, Rest in peace brother."
To re-iterate the above: My name is Cleetus Toretto. I'm 53 years old. I was born in 1947. I served two tours in Vietnam as a Tunnel Rat for the 206th brigade under Lieutenant John Stone on my first tour and for my own squadron, the 605th "Rat Boys", as so dubbed by my second in command, Specialist Johnathan on my second tour. I pretty much entered underground encampments the enemy made and neutralized targets. I was gratefully married in 1969 to a wonderful woman named Doreen Burger. Together we raised two kids, one boy and one girl. Their names are Dominic Burger and Alice Burger. We decided to allow them to let them choose when they got older whether or not of which last name they wanted to have. Alice ended up being a Toretto, a daddy's girl alright. However, I'm unsure of Dominic. It's been some time since I was able to talk to him, I can only hope he's doing alright and still alive.

I occasionally have flashbacks from Nam, namely about an incident during my last tour. We were under fire from an unknown amount of assailants from in front of us while we were in a clearing after just being dropped from Chopper 3. We were to provide support for a squadron until heavy reinforcements came on a sector that was two klicks out. That was the plan at least. I had a M-1 Garand a Marine had given me during his last stand that I was allowed to have by my superiors (under the orders to return it to his family) as well as my .38 special I used for clearing out tunnels. When the gunfire started, everyone was scrambling. I wanna say that I wasn't. I wanna say I drew my rifle and immediately returned fire, but none of those happened. What happened was this: Three of my brothers were killed because I was cracking jokes because they were new and scared. I watched them get shot before my eyes, blood oozing out of their wounds before falling limp to the ground. Their deaths on me. It was only then I returned fire. Someone managed to radio in that we needed air support or evac. I couldn't tell. Too noisy. The only thoughts that ran through me were I needed to kill
[EXPLETIVE CENSORED] the ones I called friends. What felt like hours slowly ticked by. Round after round after round...and they never let up. Neither did we. Eventually help did arrive, but not the kind we needed. They dropped Napalm on us, clearing the enemy yes, but not after getting a hold on the 605th. I watched as James(our medic), Tarrence(our Marksmen), and Daniels all drop in the beginning of the whole show. I had to watch as Donny was soon engulfed in flames as he was the farthest one out, trying to close in the gap with a couple other soldiers who came with us. I was the only one to be able to get out and escape in time. It was only till later I had found out it was all due to bad intel. What caused the release early of the Napalm before its sector was a mechanical error in the jet. You may be curious, what was the bad intel? Well, there was no squadron to help. It was a trap set up by the enemy. The same one that got all my men killed.

During my time here at the Foundation, I've seen a lot of people come and go. Move on from GENSEC to better branches. I've seen too many people die from things I can't talk about, I've seen things people can't unsee. I wish them peace, where ever they are now and I hope to see you one day soon.

To the ones I know: Thanks for sticking with this old man. I appreciate it whole heartedly. I will always be by your side no matter what and I hope you will do the same for me.

And to the ones who dared stood in my way as I sent to your makers: I hope they have better patience for you then I ever will.
