Situation where I was "Under FearRP" on the other side of the CI blast door [Old map] as it was closing, and "didn't comply" despite the door being halfway closed and blocking the guys line of fire.

Explain why you would like to be a D-Class Dealer. (100 words minimum):

As someone who has been on both sides of riots and conflicts between Foundation and GENSEC, my overall goal is to help bring a little more balance and ultimately improve everyone's experience in D Block overall by only providing weapons when there’s a solid and reasonable in-character cause to do so, not for unsubstantiated claims or simply because D-Class feel like rioting. Even though D-Class don't technically require a reason, I personally find it quite distasteful to riot due to the consequences of our actions, or over super small, insignificant things that simply don't really warrant a riot at all and could be resolved diplomatically.

What is a good reason for D-Class to shoot Foundation Personnel (no word-count requirement):

In my opinion, shooting Foundation Personnel should be the last thing you do in resolving conflicts, but by the servers rules, you can do it anytime you feel like as long as your intentions are to escape D Block, and not simply to combat for combat. Otherwise, you must have a valid IC roleplay reason to fire at someone, such as they shot you first.

Can D-Class Dealers buy items for themselves and others? Only for others, not themselves.
