SCP-Related Questions
Which SCP are you applying for?:

In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):
SCP-049 is a Euclid class anomaly that resembles a 14th century plague doctor. It's touch is lethal, its medicine is quack, all the while he claims he is "curing the pestilence."

It's unknown just what "pestilence" SCP-049 is trying to cure, since it never specifies outside of vague or passing remarks. Its body looks like it's wearing clothes, but he's actually just ERPing all the time. ANY skin-skin contact from SCP-049 is lethal, causing the victim to drop dead on the spot. From what? Death. What kind? Instant. No sound. They just die. It's a terrifying thing to watch happen to a person.

Once the doctor's patient is "calm," it begins its work. Through all manners of things ranging from injections to crude surgery, SCP revives the patient which is then-on referred to as SCP-049-2.

SCP-049-2 instances are fairly zombie-like in features, but with none of the contagion factor. They listen to the good doctor and will do anything to satisfy its whim.

SCP-049, despite the threat it poses to foundation staff, is polite with them and is often seen co-operating so long as it can continue its research.

There are rare instances of SCP-049 lash-outs, where most cases involve SCP-049 sensing the so called "pestilence" in a nearby subject. This has rarely occurred even with foundation staff, leading to the death of Senior Researcher. Since then, protocols changed and SCP-049 was treated with far more reverence.

What object class is this SCP?:

-- Euclid

How is the SCP maintained?:
Not particularly strong or outwardly dangerous to its environment, 049 is kept in a standard cell used to detain any other old humanoid anomaly. Doctor's cell though isn't very lavish. A chair, a table, and a cot. That's about it.

How does this SCP breach? What are their procedures?:
He doesn't breach, really. He's incapable of escape without outside help. There's stories of him opening a door that's corroded and falling apart, stories of him opening up doors smashed in-ward by other anomalies, and SCP-079 being the reason in Containment Breach

How does this SCP be recontained?
Subject to FearRP. He's, in lore, very co-operative. If he's got a whole mob of 2's, maybe he'd be a little more reluctant, however when the chips are down SCP-049 folds.

Can this SCP be terminated? If yes, how so?
There's not really anything saying he can/can't be killed, so I'm gonna go with a good-ol' bullet to the head... Maybe a big bullet.

In order of true or false, state the following that applies to this SCP. Does it fear for its life? Can it open doors? Can it breach other SCPs? Can it enter D-Block?:
(Example, true, true, false, false)
True; True; Trueish* ; True**

* Out of curiosity, for science, I could theoretically see him wandering into another containment cell and opening up the door just to see what's inside. Though he'd still steer away from the likes of anything visually/obviously dangerous (SCP-939 for example) Look if it's not allowed, just let me know.

** Again again, there's probably nothing dangerous allowed in D-Block. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Do you understand that as an SCP, you should focus on roleplay first and foremost and NOT solely on fragging/killing?: [Y/N]
