In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):

"Man's Best Friend" is a Safe Class SCP which is the last remaining Direwolf acquired by the foundation from Marshall Carter & Dark from the "Far Reaches of the North." It's a large wolf with a fierce loyalty to their handler primarily and their owning faction second. They function as a opposite to CI's Princess and have the ability to give their allies an armor boost. They are incapable of speech besides barking and howling. The Wolf is uncontained and allowed to freely roam due to its willingness to assist the Foundation (or at least it's handler, and the foundation by proxy.)

How is the SCP maintained?:

There is no Maintainment, it can freely roam.

How does this SCP breach? What are their procedures?:

It cannot breach, It freely roams. When roaming it has to listen to its handler, If its handler dies it has to return to them, if they disconnect or cannot be the handler anymore it has to find a new one.

How does this SCP be recontained?

Usually doesn't need to happen, but if it does the Handler can just ask it to go to its cell.

Yes, Through conventional arms and any other method for killing a regular living being.
