Test Idea: Will 999 Sample Have the same Effect as 999
Hypothesis: Yes i believe it will hold the same properties as a full 999
Personnel / Equipment Involved: x1 scalpel | x1 Sample of 999 | x2 Armed Guards | x1 dclass
Results: The D class Said the sample mad him Feel Happy and it smelled like peanut butter

Additional Comments If Needed: This Test Shows That a 999 sample has the same effect as the full 999 so in cases involving 999 we could use a sample instead
