Reason for Termination Attempt (Optional): He had an awful breach earlier leading to around 25 dead.
Personnel / Equipment Involved: A D class, 6 Security personnel, liquid nitrogen, and Gas masks.
Results: SCP 106 was frozen for 3 seconds before the Ichor melted the frost. Then He sent the D class to the dimension.
