In your own words, describe this SCP. (100 words minimum):
| SCP 106 is what seems to be an elderly man that is covered in a black goo that corrodes matter. 106 is a creepy figure that stalks young prey for the fun of it. 106 can stay still for days at a time, and he is able to "walk" or be suspended from almost every angle. SCP 106 attacks its prey by bringing it to its pocket dimension; in here, 106 plays the role of god. He tortures his victims for hours at a time, and these victims usually survive for an hour after release. 106 overall proves a deadly force. |

| It is maintainded in a sealed box of lead lined steel that is suspended no more than 60cm above the ground using electro mangets. If a breach were to happen a device called the "Femur Breaker" would be used on a young class-d personal to attract 106 back to its containment chamber. It is maintained automaticly. |

| Will try to send as many people to the PD(pocket demension) Must follow a 5min timer where he does not follow anybody aggressive to him After 5 mins he must follow people attacking him, mininum of 2 mins of following Cannot camp his CC and cannot send other SCPS to PD Has a 2min timer after breach that declares he cannot be recontained |

| A 10-25 year old Class-D personal is put into the Femur Breaker where its Femur is broken, the Class-D will make a sound that is displayed through the facillity speakers, and in thus 106 is recalled to the chamber/location of class-d. |

| Yes and No, the only succsess was a pacifist attempt where the foundation used 999 to pacify 106. In other words, no, 106 cannot be terminated. |
